Of course you want to know who you're dealing with, I am Jovencio S. Cainong, 45 years of age. My nickname is Bebot. I am a licensed real estate broker based in Davao City, Philippines. I have been into brokerage services for over five years now but focused on it three years ago. Working with me are fellow licensed real estate brokers who share their listings for whatever requirement my customers needs aside from my own listing.

          I grew up in Davao City so practically I know this place like the palm of my hand so to speak. I completed my civil engineering degree at the University of the Immaculate Conception in 1987. I finished my MBA at the Ateneo de Davao University in 1994. My career started in the broadcast media particularly with FM stations of the now defunct Southern Broadcasting Network in Davao City. I worked as a newswriter for TV and as diskjockey with its FM stations. I ended my career there as program supervisor in 1986. I switched career as commodities trading consultant for three years with a Hong Kong- based company. My longest career was with San Miguel Corporation, the country's dominant food and beverage conglomerate. I worked with the company for 17 years starting as salesman, market analyst, public relations officer and sales supervisor prior to early retirement in 2005. Afterwhich I set up a water bottling company called Westmont Water Corporation with famous local brands Dumoy and Rain.

          After I obtained by license in 2008 (9th placer in the exam) , I focused on real estate properties business. Our firm MegaDavao Realty has helped people buy and sell properties with satisfactory results. Our motto "A satisfied customer is the best advertisement " has lived up to that expectation. I see this as a noble profession. It always gives me a lift the thought of helping someone sell his property at reasonable price that helped  his/her financial fix.
